Lead Group are a Sydney-based recruitment company specialising in aged care, manufacturing and trade, construction and professional services. The company was founded 5 years ago with the goal of creating a home for high-performing and experienced recruiters. They currently number around 20 recruiters with 40 support staff based out of the Philippines.
The company launched just prior to the COVID-19 pandemic and found themselves going through their initial growth phase during lockdown.
