About the role

The key objectives of this role are:

  • Generate qualified leads
  • Grow client base (local and then national)
  • Further develop and strengthen the APositive brand

Key responsibilities include:

  • Market mapping and identifying new business prospects
  • Cold calling and using other lead generation and conversion strategies to develop a client base
  • Networking with referral sources to build strong relationships
  • Travelling as required
  • Meeting sales targets
  • Updating the CRM

About you

  • Excellent people skills
  • Excellent face to face and presentation skills
  • A strong work ethic and excellent self-discipline
  • A charismatic personality and someone who likes to have fun
  • 2+ years B2B sales experience in Recruitment industry
  • Not afraid to hear the word “no”
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Self motivated and results driven

Base salary will be dependent on the proven level of success in previous sales roles. This role will be subject to APositive’s extremely competitive commission structure with OTE $200k + uncapped.
